Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and agency guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, procurement policies, and government standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and budget updates to senior leadership.
- Implement and monitor project management methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels.
- Conduct internal audits and quality control checks to maintain accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Certification as a PMP, CAPM, or similar is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
