Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to federal regulations, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for federal clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering high-quality communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical and administrative functions.
- Prepare and review complex reports, compliance documentation, and performance metrics for government oversight.

Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this role (federal security clearance eligibility).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and government compliance standards.
- Proven track record of managing medium-to-large scale projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or SharePoint).
