Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Intake: Process and log incoming federal documentation and packages during weekend shifts with accuracy and speed.
- Data Verification: Cross-reference incoming information against federal databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Document Control: Organize, classify, and store records in accordance with federal archival standards and security protocols.
- Customer Assistance: Assist federal staff and external vendors with inquiries regarding document status and record retrieval during off-hours.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict security clearance procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Report Generation: Prepare weekly summary reports on processed volumes and any discrepancies identified during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Typing Skills: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite and federal record management systems.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance process.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect errors in data entry and documentation.
