Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 perimeter surveillance using advanced monitoring systems
- Respond to security breaches and emergency incidents with tactical precision
- Enforce federal regulations and conduct routine security inspections
- Operate biometric scanners and access control systems for personnel/vehicles
- Maintain detailed incident logs and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with federal agents during joint operations
- Participate in mandatory security drills and training programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years federal/local law enforcement or military experience
- Certified in DHS security protocols (FEMA IS-700/800)
- Proficient with CCTV, biometric scanners, and access control software
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10-hour shifts, 4 days/week)
- Pass rigorous background check and polygraph examination
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual preferred
