Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security screenings and background investigations for facility access
- Operate advanced surveillance systems and access control technologies
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies during security incidents

- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Maintain compliance with federal security regulations and standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, metal detection)
- Strong knowledge of federal security regulations (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Passport and ability to travel domestically if needed
