Responsibilities
- Conduct perimeter surveillance and access control at federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Perform security patrols and inspect premises for safety hazards or suspicious activity
- Respond to emergency incidents following federal protocols and coordinate with law enforcement
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems to ensure facility security 24/7
- Enforce federal regulations and security procedures for personnel and visitors
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with federal agencies during joint security operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with security technology (CCTV, access control systems)
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Pass physical fitness assessment and background investigation
