Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly perimeter patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Operate advanced surveillance systems and respond to security alerts
- Enforce federal security protocols and document incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analysis
- Maintain security logs and prepare daily activity reports
- Train and supervise junior security personnel
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance required
- Minimum 3 years law enforcement or military security experience
- Texas Class C Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
