Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security alerts with immediate tactical response
- Enforce access control protocols using biometric scanners and ID verification
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during emergency incidents and threat assessments
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct routine vulnerability assessments of physical security systems
- Train weekend staff on emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance
- Minimum 3 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Arizona concealed carry permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain pre-employment)
- Proficiency with security software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or related field (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift 25 lbs
