Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during overnight hours
- Conduct regular patrols of federal facilities in downtown San Francisco
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Maintain communication with night shift command center
- Conduct vulnerability assessments of security infrastructure
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal guidelines)
- Active Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with security monitoring systems
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
