Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and patrols of federal facilities during night shifts
- Monitor security systems and respond immediately to alarms or breaches
- Enforce federal regulations and access control protocols
- Collaborate with federal agencies during emergency response scenarios
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Operate advanced surveillance technology and security equipment
- Train junior staff on night shift protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years in law enforcement or security role
- Availability for rotating night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Pass rigorous background check and physical fitness assessment
- Familiarity with federal security standards (FISMA, NISPOM)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
