Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents with federal protocols
- Conduct perimeter patrols and access control for high-security government facilities
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain security documentation
- Collaborate with federal agencies during emergency response operations
- Operate advanced security equipment including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Train junior security personnel on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance technology
- Ability to obtain Federal Facility Clearance (FFC)
- Strong written communication skills for reporting
- Physical stamina for overnight shift work and patrols
