Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Conduct routine security patrols and access control operations
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
- Operate security systems including CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Enforce federal security regulations and visitor protocols
- Participate in emergency response and evacuation drills
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of federal security protocols
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience with surveillance systems or security operations
