Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and access control at federal facility perimeter
- Monitor advanced security systems including biometric scanners and motion detectors
- Respond to security incidents with rapid, protocol-compliant interventions
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during emergency scenarios
- Conduct routine patrols and vulnerability assessments
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols (TSA/FBI standards)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and access control software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Physical fitness for standing patrols and emergency response
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Completion of Federal Security Officer training program
