Our Detroit facility operates 24/7, and this position specifically covers weekends (Saturday-Sunday) with potential holiday rotations. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in federal law enforcement and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous surveillance and security patrols of federal facilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security breaches in real-time
- Screen visitors, vehicles, and packages using advanced detection equipment
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency responses
- Enforce access control procedures for high-security areas
- Participate in regular security drills and training exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of security/law enforcement experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CCTV operation and access control systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong written communication skills for report writing
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Completion of federal background investigation
