Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on federal standards
- Conduct regular patrols and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years in law enforcement, military, or federal security
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in CBRNE detection and emergency response protocols
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Experience with access control systems (e.g., PIV card readers)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
