Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 perimeter surveillance and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security breaches within 15 minutes
- Perform routine inspections and report safety hazards using standardized protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies during emergency response situations
- Maintain detailed incident logs and submit daily activity reports
- Train junior staff on security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Active U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Proficient in CCTV systems and security software (e.g., Genetec)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
