Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and facility inspections on weekends
- Operate and monitor advanced surveillance systems (CCTV, access control)
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations following federal protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during weekend operations
- Conduct threat assessments and implement preventive security measures
- Maintain compliance with federal security regulations (FISMA, NISP)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in security software and surveillance equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
