Responsibilities
- Review and process federal grant applications and personnel files for accuracy and compliance with Title 5 regulations.
- Conduct research on federal policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance to internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of all federal correspondence and ensure data integrity in our secure databases.
- Assist in the coordination of federal training sessions and orientation programs for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare weekly reports on case status and processing volume for management review.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a favorable background investigation clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, case management, or government services.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and privacy laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific database systems.
