Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant applications and funding allocations for regional infrastructure projects.
- Conduct compliance inspections to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Analyze budget reports and prepare financial forecasts for departmental leadership.
- Coordinate with local contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all federal correspondence and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and other government agencies regarding project status.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all Federal positions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or administrative coordination.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
