Role Overview:
The Federal Specialist will be responsible for managing federal projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to public service.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee daily operations of federal projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to federal laws, OPM guidelines, and agency-specific regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and audit federal records and databases to ensure accuracy and security.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new federal policies and procedures across the department.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
