Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal correspondence and inquiries with high accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute weekend shift schedules for federal staff and contractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and agency protocols.
- Prepare, review, and file sensitive administrative documents and reports.
- Conduct data entry and quality assurance checks on all incoming records.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external federal partners.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new federal personnel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or federal sector operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
