Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end federal IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal procurement and compliance regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, government clients, and upper management.

Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management within a government or federal contracting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of federal IT standards, security protocols, and compliance (FISMA, FedRAMP).
