Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex systems solutions in accordance with federal standards and requirements.
- Analyze system architecture and propose optimization strategies for improved performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure all engineering tasks comply with strict security protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
