Responsibilities
- Perform routine data entry and maintenance of federal records and databases.
- Monitor facility security protocols and access control during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the processing of incoming mail, packages, and administrative requests.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and agency safety standards.
- Conduct facility inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide general administrative support to federal staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Ability to work rotating weekend schedules (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must successfully pass a federal background investigation and security clearance process.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
