Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Process veteran benefits applications and eligibility verification on weekends
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Manage confidential data with HIPAA compliance protocols
- Support facility operations through weekend coverage of administrative functions
- Assist veterans and families with inquiries during weekend hours

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in healthcare or federal setting
- Proficiency in VA systems (VISTA, CPRS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work rotating weekends with flexible scheduling
