Responsibilities
- Provide direct support services to veterans and their families during weekend hours
- Process federal documentation and claims with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical staff and community partners for veteran care initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in federal compliance systems
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Assist with weekend event coordination for veteran outreach programs
- Participate in mandatory federal training and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years customer service or healthcare support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Valid California driver's license (if travel required)
- Experience with veteran affairs or federal agencies preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
