Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for veteran benefit processing systems with 99.9% uptime
- Monitor and respond to critical system alerts during off-peak hours
- Conduct weekend compliance audits of veteran records per federal guidelines
- Coordinate cross-agency emergency response protocols during weekend shifts
- Generate weekly performance reports for weekend shift metrics
- Maintain strict HIPAA and federal data security protocols
- Train weekend support staff on veteran-specific procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal compliance experience
- Expertise in VA benefits processing systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm)
- Advanced knowledge of 38 CFR and veteran benefit regulations
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent
