Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for veteran healthcare services with zero downtime
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management during weekend hours
- Process veteran benefits applications and documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Lead cross-functional weekend team briefings and task delegation
- Implement federal security protocols for sensitive veteran data systems
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and maintenance coordination
- Serve as primary liaison for weekend veteran inquiries and service requests
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal/government operations experience
- Proven weekend shift management in regulated environments
- Expertise in VA benefits systems and federal compliance standards
- Advanced certification in Veteran Services (e.g., VSR, VSO)
- Proficiency in veteran care databases (e.g., VISTA, CPRS)
