Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality veteran support services during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process and verify federal documentation with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones for seamless operations
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive veteran information and classified data
- Respond to urgent inquiries and resolve issues within SLA requirements

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative or customer service experience
