Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with precision and adherence to federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Maintain secure documentation systems with 100% compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex veteran inquiries
- Monitor weekend operation metrics and report performance to leadership
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend hours
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of submitted documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and veteran benefits systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with veteran affairs systems preferred
