Responsibilities
- Manage weekend federal documentation processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-agency communication during off-peak hours
- Implement weekend-specific security protocols for federal assets
- Conduct weekend quality assurance audits for compliance
- Train weekend staff on federal regulations and procedures
- Prepare weekly operational reports for senior leadership
- Support emergency weekend response initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Active U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/government operations
- Proficiency with GSA systems and federal compliance tools
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
