Responsibilities
- Execute federal protocols and documentation procedures with precision
- Monitor security systems and respond to weekend incidents per federal guidelines
- Coordinate cross-agency communications during weekend operational hours
- Conduct routine compliance audits and submit detailed weekly reports
- Train and mentor weekend shift personnel on federal policies
- Manage facility access controls and visitor verification systems
- Participate in emergency response drills and weekend deployments
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years in federal/government compliance roles
- Proficiency in federal documentation systems (e.g., SF-50, SF-86)
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-6pm)
- Strong knowledge of FISMA and NIST security standards
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Experience with incident reporting systems (e.g., e-QIP)
