Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits applications with precision and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person on weekends
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Generate detailed reports and documentation for audits
- Support weekend operational activities including data entry and verification
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
