Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to veteran inquiries during weekend operating hours
- Process critical documentation and claims with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with emergency response teams for urgent weekend cases
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and HIPAA standards
- Train weekend staff on protocols and emergency procedures
- Generate weekly performance reports for leadership review
- Safeguard sensitive veteran data using secure government systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-7pm)
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in customer service or healthcare a plus
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally
