Responsibilities
- Execute federal compliance protocols and security procedures during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain critical government systems with 99.9% uptime
- Process and safeguard sensitive documentation with strict confidentiality standards
- Coordinate cross-agency communications during off-peak hours
- Conduct routine facility inspections and incident reporting
- Train and mentor weekend shift personnel on federal protocols
- Ensure seamless handover between weekend and weekday teams
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/government operations
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Proficiency in federal documentation systems (e.g., DOD, DHS platforms)
- TS/SCI clearance preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Emergency response certification (FEMA or equivalent)
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
