Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations in compliance with federal protocols and security standards
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems during off-peak hours
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Document and report operational activities using standardized federal systems
- Participate in mandatory weekend training and emergency response drills
- Ensure facility security and access control procedures are strictly followed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in federal or regulated industry operations
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal reporting systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
