Responsibilities
- Process federal claims and veteran documentation with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage weekend customer service operations for veterans and their families
- Coordinate with federal agencies to resolve benefit-related inquiries
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Prepare detailed reports for weekly senior leadership reviews
- Train and mentor new weekend shift personnel
- Support disaster relief operations during weekend activations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required for federal employment
- Minimum 2 years federal or government experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
