Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for federal data systems with 99.9% uptime
- Monitor and respond to security alerts per federal protocols
- Process and classify sensitive documents according to NIST guidelines
- Coordinate with cross-agency teams during weekend operations
- Maintain detailed activity logs and compliance documentation
- Participate in quarterly readiness drills and training sessions
- Support disaster recovery operations during weekend coverage
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance
- 2+ years of experience in federal/government operations
- Proficiency in security monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel)
- Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Strong understanding of FISMA and NIST compliance standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain Moderate Risk (NACI) clearance
- Excellent written communication skills for incident reporting
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional off-site duties
