Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefits processing during weekend shifts with zero backlogs
- Conduct secure remote case reviews for VA healthcare eligibility
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones
- Maintain 100% compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA/VA)
- Generate weekly performance analytics for leadership review
- Provide weekend crisis support for veteran inquiries
- Train new team members on VA systems protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 3+ years federal or healthcare compliance experience
- Proficient in VA systems (VISTA, VBMS) or equivalent
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 6AM-10PM ET)
- Remote work certification from previous employer
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
