- Regulatory Adherence: Enforce security protocols and procedures in a professional, courteous, and firm manner to maintain a secure airport environment.
- Traveler Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with questions, resolving security concerns, and guiding them through screening checkpoints efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow officers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak travel times and shifts.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a federal background investigation, including a criminal history check, and be cleared for public trust.
- Medical Standards: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug screening and a hearing and vision test.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse population of travelers.
