Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Interact professionally with customers during delivery operations
- Follow all USPS safety protocols and procedures
- Report any delivery issues or irregularities to supervisors
- Assist with special projects and seasonal mail volume as needed
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability to cover peak delivery times
