Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models, ensuring scalability and performance for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning algorithms into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all neural network training pipelines and deployment environments.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive advantages.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
