Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI models and quantum algorithms tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.
- Research & Development: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and establish best practices for the 2026 tech stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and security experts.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure zero-latency processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid quantum-classical computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
