Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architecture strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing researchers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy in compliance with global regulations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to advise executive leadership on strategic investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI systems that have a measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential applications in AI optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
