Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling the computational load of post-2026 AI models.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and architectural standards for the upcoming evolution of our AI ecosystem.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Implement advanced pruning and quantization techniques to ensure real-time inference speed on next-generation hardware.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ for high-performance computing. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at massive scale.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Ability to anticipate emerging trends and adapt architecture strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical presentations and whiteboarding sessions.
