Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and tech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, bio-digital systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging disruptions
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Tech Hubs
- Drive AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Mentor future-focused talent through our Horizon Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading $50M+ transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or metaverse ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing government innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Certification in Responsible AI from Partnership on AI
