Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with C-suite to align future strategy with business objectives
- Curate thought leadership content for industry forums and publications
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
