Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks) positioning InnovateX as a future authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen concepts through rapid experimentation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
