- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech implications (blockchain, AI, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Design Thinking preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
