Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive long-term strategy outlining how AI and automation will integrate into our core business functions by 2026.
- AI Transformation Leadership: Oversee the pilot programs and full-scale deployment of Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity across departments.
- Hybrid Work Design: Architect optimal hybrid work models that balance remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, focusing on employee well-being and output.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across executive leadership.
- Future Tech Monitoring: Continuously analyze emerging trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to advise leadership on potential disruptions and opportunities.

Qualifications
